An XY stage with motors arranged in parallel! Achieves excellent workability through its unique structure.
The "PD…S" that we handle is a parallel drive stage with the motor positioned in only one direction. It allows for easy operation from any direction except the side where the motor is located. The motor is fixed in place and does not move even when the table is in operation.
